Sleepy Grace

Grace is our unique sleeper. Scheduled bedtimes and naptimes mean nothing to her inner sleep clock. While Joost and Kate are sound asleep at 9 o'clock at night, Grace will most likely be reading books in bed or just laying in the dark wide awake.

Her rest time, after lunch, rarely results in sleep--at least not in normal positions.




Usually, after a sleepless naptime, she'll be found napping somewhere else in the house at very convenient times, like right before dinner.

The newest graduate

My cousin, Todd, graduated this past weekend. We're a photo loving family, and here's one of the many many shots taken after the ceremony. It's most of my mom's family (minus Andrew, Rachel and Liam. Liam is only 5 days old, so you can excuse his absence. Andrew, poor guy, was making another trek to or from Plymouth Meeting to pack up their apartment.)

I also really love this one with Todd and all the kids. Kate looks so confused by the whole thing. "So many cameras. Where am I to look?"
