Today we had Henry's 3 month professional pictures taken.  He did a good job of keeping a smile on his face and gave me plenty of options to choose from.

Joost, 8 years old

Today, our "little" Joost turned 8 years old.  My how he's grown--in so many ways.  We are so proud of who he is as a son, student, friend and follower of Christ.  We pray that God will hold him and keep him as he continues to grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. 

Here's a little flashback of the previous year...

July 2010--Joost boogie boarding, his favorite beach past time

September 2010--first day of school

December 2010--Joost spreading the happy news that he wouldn't be the only brother

December 2010--1st grade performance at the school Christmas program (he's on the top row, last one on the right)

December 2010--Christmas Sunday, dressed to the nines with his sisters

April 2011--Joost and his newborn brother, Henry

May 2011--Joost showing off the missing front tooth

June 2011--Joost and Henry at 9 weeks

July 2011 (today)--Joost's delight in receiving a Wii for his birthday

July 2011--Joost and his siblings

13 weeks old

Henry is 3 months old today...can you believe it?  

12 weeks old

Henry is 12 weeks old. He really does smile. I just have a hard time catching it on camera. He's even started laughing hard. It's so wonderful to see a baby develop.

Penn State

WE ARE (clap, clap) PENN STATE!!!

Jeff is a Penn State grad, and, believe it or not, I've never been to State College and seen the campus.  This weekend, however, gave us a good chance to go north and visit the college.  Jeff's Christian group (Christians-in-Action), that he was apart of during his four years there, held a reunion.  It was great to meet so many of his friends and to be able to tour the campus.
